Michael is the founder of RAMM, and is responsible for the development and implementation of RAMM’s strategic vision leading RAMM's continued success. Mr. Pierce graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA with a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering. He received his MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Michael Pierce has over 40 years experience, including 13 years in corporate financial and administrative functions and 28 years in small business marketing and entrepreneurship. |

| Aileen Pierce |
| Corporate Secretary for RAMM Global, Director of Special Projects and Promotions for RAMM Global. Aileen is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA with a degree in graphic design. She is primarily responsible for all corporate promotional and design programs.
Aileen has been and remains a valuable advisor to Michael throughout his business career. | Horacio Lima |
Sales and Quality Engineer for RAMM Metals, Inc. He is a graduate of Pontifical Catholic University, Brazil where he earned a degree as a Metallurgical Engineer. Horacio has 30 years of experience in management and quality control for both making and selling ingot molds, ductile iron castings, and heavy castings. Horacio has worked for Cosipa and CST, steel companies in Brazil, and EEC in the USA. He has authored several papers and received three patents, with one patent winning the Brazilian Talent Prize as one of the top three national inventions in 1997.
Horacio has the ability to understand each of our technical product lines and answer any questions our customers may have. He is the key person in solving any quality issues that may develop and offers prompt responses to any problems that may arise. |

| Mark Sinicrope |
Corporate Comptroller for RAMM Global responsible for accounting, MIS, and customer service. Mark graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark has redesigned the management reporting system for RAMM Global with has increase the visibility of the key parameters needed for decision making. The system integrates all corporate information into a single data base
which has eliminated duplicate data entry and has increased the accuracy of all reporting.
Mark has over 24 years experience in both the private and public sectors. He has provided audit, tax and business support services to the manufacturing, construction and not-for-profit industries.
Mark is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Member of the RAMM Product Advisory Board. Marc has an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
He has worked as a management consultant with Ernst & Young LLP with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Marc also worked as an assistant brand manager for Procter & Gamble. In 2005 Marc founded his own company, Stonegate Strategic Advisors, a consulting firm focusing on top management issues for the Healthcare Industry. |

Afonso Celso de Araújo Vale |
Brazilian Account Representative for RAMM Metals, Inc. Afonso is a Metallurgical Engineer with a graduate degree in Economic Engineering. He has over 38 years experience in the steel business. Afonso worked for Acesita and Acominas, major steel companies in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
He also has worked at Unibanco Investment Bank. In 1990 he founded his own company, GAP Consultoria e Reprentacoes Ltda. He has represented RAMM for 20 years and other companies mainly in the steel and railway industries. |

| Jiang Zhi Du |
| Chinese account representative for RAMM Metals. Du has over 15 years experience in the ingot mold business. He has knowledge of blast furnace pouring and furnace resin sand molding systems for ingot mold production. Du has an MBA as well as an International Business Degree. In 1990 he founded his own company, Ying Ming Trading Co., Ltd. He has been the exclusive representative for the RAMM mold business since 2002. |
